Great Food - Great Company


Tony, Peter, Patrick and I had a great day in Rye on Feb 24th during their annual Scallop Festival at Webbe's Cookery School learning how to bake bread and prepare a cook Scallops, Squid, Oysters, Lemon Sole, Dover Sole and Pineapple!
We also learned a lot about sustainable and responsible fishing which, it surprised me to learn, Hastings is a world leader.
Many thanks to Paul Webbe, a great and patient teacher, and my dear friend Ruth Sandys Edwards for organising this memorable event.
